Using Internet Explorer we can upload multiple pictures to out picasa album. But this option is not available for other browsers. May be its because other browsers doesn't support ActiveX. But Google can come up with some technique where it is possible to upload multiple pictures using any browsers (something similar to adding multiple attachments in gmail)
